We regularly see guests from across the South Shore and surrounding areas. Below are the towns we serve most often, along with the distance from our Sayville location.
If your town isn’t listed below, you’re likely still within a reasonable drive. Guests come to us from Bayport, Blue Point, East Patchogue, Ronkonkoma, Holbrook, and beyond. Call us or check the individual location pages to find the most accurate directions from your area.
Approximately 6 miles, 12 minutes. The Islip corridor includes a large number of healthcare and public sector workers, many of whom use NYSHIP coverage for medical massage. We also see strong interest in therapeutic massage and acupuncture from Islip residents.
Approximately 7 miles, 12 to 15 minutes via Veterans Memorial Highway or Lakeland Avenue. Bohemia residents frequently book salt room therapy, deep tissue massage, and sports massage.

Approximately 4 miles, 8 to 10 minutes via Montauk Highway heading west. Oakdale is home to a high concentration of public school and county employees, and many of our NYSHIP massage clients come from this corridor. Therapeutic massage and medical massage are the most common bookings.
Approximately 8 miles, 15 minutes via Montauk Highway or the Robert Moses Causeway corridor. Bay Shore guests book across a wide range of services, from couples massage and facials to halotherapy and lymphatic drainage.
Approximately 12 miles, 18 to 20 minutes via Sunrise Highway east to Veterans Memorial Highway. Ronkonkoma is one of the larger transit hubs on Long Island’s South Shore the Ronkonkoma LIRR station is the busiest on the Ronkonkoma Branch, which makes it a natural corridor for commuters who want to book a wellness appointment before or after their train.
West Islip approximately 9 miles, 15 to 18 minutes via Montauk Highway or the Robert Moses Causeway corridor. West Islip sits along the Great South Bay waterfront and has a dense concentration of working families, healthcare professionals, and school district employees, many of whom carry NYSHIP coverage. Therapeutic massage, medical massage, and couples massage are the most common bookings from this area.
Holbrook
Holbrook is approximately 8 miles, 15 minutes via Sunrise Highway or Veterans Memorial Highway. Holbrook has a strong public sector employment base, and many residents in this corridor carry NYSHIP coverage through school district and county positions. Therapeutic massage, medical massage, and salt room therapy are the most common bookings from this area.
NYSHIP Medical Massage — Available to All South Shore Employees
One of the most common reasons people reach out to us from across the region is NYSHIP coverage. New York State Health Insurance Program members, which includes a large portion of teachers, school district employees, county workers, and state agency staff throughout Suffolk County, may be eligible for covered medical massage sessions.

Salt Room Therapy for the Whole Region
Our salt room is one of the few halotherapy facilities on Long Island’s South Shore. Guests come from Patchogue, Bay Shore, Islip, Bohemia, and as far as Ronkonkoma and Holbrook specifically for salt room sessions. If you’re managing allergies, seasonal congestion, asthma symptoms, or skin conditions, halotherapy can be a meaningful part of your wellness routine.
Sessions run 45 minutes in our Himalayan salt room. You can book a single session or combine it with a massage or facial for a longer wellness visit. Learn more about our salt room and halotherapy on our page.
