Cancellation Policy

We value your business and that you respect our business scheduling policies.

Your Appointments are very important to the Island Salt and Spa team. It is reserved specifically for you so that your therapist has the appropriate time to give you an amazing experience. We understand that sometimes things happen. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations of services.
Late cancellations and “no-show” appointments cost us precious time and money. Therefore, if we receive less than 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation 50% of the treatment value will be charged.

“No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

We completely understand things can happen last minute and we truly are sympathetic to circumstances. Without proper notice and ample time, we miss out an opportunity to offer this spot to another guest who may be on our waiting list. Our amazing team these appointments are just reserved for you, and missed appointments affect their salary.

As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we will be happy to rebook it for you.

 

Late Policy

We would like all our clients to have a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise, life and traffic are unpredictable We request that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you have your full experience and allotted time. If you are late to your appointment, we will not be able to add additional time to your appointment. Our next guests’ appointment time could begin at the start of the next hour. Understand that we are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.

Please be aware your appointment includes dressing and consultation during the session time.

Group Appointment Cancellations

Group appointments (parties of 3 or more) we respectfully require at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Cancelling of these appointments without a 72-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount per each guest. A “No-Show” would result in 100% billing of all treatments for each person in the group.

Groups or parties take a great deal of scheduling and planning which is why we require advanced notification for any changes or cancellation of services.

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates

No Credits, Refunds or Substitutions on Gift Cards or Gift Certificates after completion of purchase.
